Customer Service Representative

Our plastics manufacturing client located in the beautiful Greenville, SC area is searching for a talented Customer Service Rep! 


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling orders and resolving purchase order discrepancies
  • Implement changes to sales orders as directed
  • Review engineering change notices (ECN) on orders in process 
  • Review product returns for quality assurance, communicate with customer and create replacement order
  • Communicate with customer during the placement and acceptance of the order

Requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or 2-3 years experience with a Tier-1 Automotive supplier OR and combination of both
  • Experience using MRP system; prefer IQMS
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Experience working in Customer Service; preferably in manufacturing

Education: Prefer an Associate’s Degree
